ProDefence requires all consumers to supply personal information including name, company, address, telephone number and email id prior to receiving evaluation software and other corporate or promotional materials.

We also collect the following information about you:

The name of the domain from which you access the Internet including the host name and IP address
The time and date you access our web site and
The Internet address of any website you used to link to our website.
ProDefence will use this information for statistical purposes to help us improve the style and content of our website and will assist us when we may follow up by email, telephone or post with those people who have filled out any forms on our website. We may also use your details to send further promotional literature by email or post.

As ProDefence is a UK distributor for many products, we employ a network of agents and resellers. To provide you with the best possible service, we may sometimes share your data with the relevant product partner, however your details will NOT be passed onto ANY other organisation

Upon request, ProDefence will remove your details from our database, update any of your details, or amend your details to preclude any contact by any of the means identified above.
